H2flOw™

H2FlOw is a water therapy class born of my passion for connecting with water and letting go of my own fear and trauma with water. It is about allowing your body to receive the healing benefits of water and connecting to a life force that makes up the majority of our earth and body. It is supported by my study of aquacycling, swimming, liquid presence, water dance, watsu, floatation, meditation, yoga, and water birthing. It is a curriculum and experience that I love teaching!

H2flOw™ is a restorative water experience that blends breath, gentle movement, mobility and stretching and guided floating in warm water. Rooted in the healing power of water, this practice relieves pain, nourishes your nervous system, and works to balance the body, mind, and spirit. 🌊

Class Description

Immerse yourself in H2flOw™, a transformative warm water therapy class that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. Through slow, intentional movement, buoyancy-assisted floatation, physical therapy techniques, breathing practices, and gentle stretching, this practice soothes pain, eases stress, and restores nervous system balance. Designed to foster somatic healing and enhance neuromuscular coordination, by integrating proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, mobility-strengthening exercises and the natural buoyancy of water, H2flOw™ reconnects you to yourself and the natural healing powers of water in a deeply nurturing, rejuvenating, and restorative experience.
