H2flOw™ Restorative Water Class
Immerse yourself in H2flOw™, a transformative warm water restorative class that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. Through slow, intentional movement, buoyancy-assisted floatation, physical therapy techniques, breathing practices, and gentle stretching, this practice soothes pain, eases stress, and restores nervous system balance. Designed to foster somatic healing and enhance neuromuscular coordination, by integrating proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, mobility-strengthening exercises and the natural buoyancy of water, H2flOw™ reconnects you to yourself and the natural healing powers of water in a deeply nurturing, rejuvenating, and restorative experience.
This work supports pain relief, rebuilds strength, and restores the body’s natural connection—while centering somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and full-body renewal. In the water, your body is invited to soften, reorganize, and heal from within.
Rooted in years of study across swimming, aquatic therapy, aquacycling, water dance, Watsu, water birth, yoga, meditation, and therapeutic movement, H2flOw™ blends science with intuitive guidance—supporting you in reconnecting to your body, your breath, and the healing intelligence within.

Birthing of H2flOw™
H2flOw™ is a restorative water restorative class born from my own journey of connecting with water, releasing fear, and healing trauma held in the body.
This warm water experience blends breath, gentle movement, mobility, stretching, and guided floating to help relieve pain, nourish the nervous system, and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Rooted in the healing power of water, H2flOw™ is supported by my studies in aquacycling, swimming, aquatic therapy, fluid presence, water dance, Watsu, floatation, meditation, yoga, and water birthing.
More than a class, H2flOw™ is a curriculum, a healing experience, and a practice I deeply love teaching—an invitation to receive the medicine of water and reconnect with the life force that makes up most of our bodies and our Earth.

Anne Koller, Creator of H2flOw™
Anne Koller is a somatic water healer, yogi, and artist devoted to guiding others back to balance through the transformative power of water. Blending science, intuition, and over 15 years of experience, she integrates aquatic therapy, water massage, Watsu, aquacycling, swimming, yoga, and meditation to support healing in the body, mind, and nervous system. Water healed her spine, steadied her grief, and became her teacher. Now, she shares that medicine with others.
A former NCAA Division I swimmer at the University of Minnesota and Big Ten Champion, Anne’s journey with water began in infancy and deepened after a scoliosis diagnosis at age 11—when water became her medicine. Her work has taken her around the world to study water-based healing modalities, including freediving, floatation therapy, aquatic dance, and water birth. She is trained in Borderless Aquatic Therapy, Fluid Presence (Levels 1 & 2), aquacycling, Thai massage, and Kundalini yoga and meditation, and is certified in Yoga Nidra, CPR/AED, lifeguarding, and water safety instruction.
Water Meditation
Water is an amplifier. Meditating in it deepens your awareness and strengthens the energy behind your thoughts and words—supporting your intentions in becoming real. Put your earbuds in and try a water meditation in the ocean, pool, or bathtub, and tap into the medicine of water.
